Filing Fee Increase
On May 29, 2007, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service ("USCIS") issued a
press release stating that filing fees will be substantially increased. The new
filing fees will go into effect on July 30, 2007. Any applications or petitions
filed after this date must include the new filing fee. To read the USCIS press
