Chaitali Shah was born in Mansa, India. She received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in Foreign Studies from Georgetown University in May 1999. Ms. Shah earned
her Juris Doctor degree in May 2003 from Georgetown University Law Center.
Ms. Shah gained experience in immigration law during law school by representing
an applicant for asylum with the Center for Applied Legal Studies. She continued
to gain experience in Immigration Law working with Mirbagheri & Smith, LLP,
in Washington, DC, prior to joining Robert Lubin and Associates, P.C.
Ms. Shah is admitted to practice law in New York (2004).
