Nini Tin was born in the United Arab Emirates. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Biology from The College of William and Mary in May 2002. Ms. Tin earned her Juris Doctor degree in May 2006 from William and Mary Law School.
Ms. Tin gained experience in immigration law during law school by interning at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. She continued to work in immigration law at Lewis and Associates in Falls Church, VA and later at Carliner & Remes, P.C. in Washington, DC, prior to joining Robert Lubin and Associates, P.C. Ms. Tin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and she is currently serving as co-chair of the Immigrant Outreach Committee of the Young Lawyers Conference of the Virginia State Bar.
Ms. Tin is admitted to practice law in Virginia (2006).
